How we track, what we cannot see, and what can get you removed
Two things lose good partners more often than the commission rate: “I cannot verify your numbers” and “I was punished by a rule I had never read.” This page answers both, and it is readable before you apply to anything.
How a sale gets attributed to you
A click sets the cookie, and only a click
The tracking cookie is set only when a person knowingly clicks your link. Automatic redirects and invisible pixels do not count from us or from you — they would be attribution theft from another partner.
You see every click and every sale yourself
The portal gives you an event-level view of your own data: which link, at what time, from which country, which sale, how much. We do not ask you to trust a summary figure. A number you cannot check is not a number, it is a claim.
Last click wins, and it is written down
If two partners touch the same customer, the commission goes to the last click inside the cookie window. That window is stated on every program page before you apply. We do not change the model mid-period.
What we cannot see
We do not see your audience's personal data, your email list, or who clicked. We see the click, the country, the device type and any resulting sale. If someone offers you more data than that, ask them where it comes from.
Six rules, published before they are ever enforced
Every rule states what is not allowed and why the rule exists. A rule with no stated reason is an order; a rule you can read before joining is an agreement.
Step one is never removal
Notice, with evidence
You get a written notice containing the evidence: screenshots, dates, search terms, URLs. Not “you broke a rule” but exactly what was observed and when. Seven days to fix it.
Commissions held, not cancelled
If it is not fixed or it repeats, commissions move to hold while we review. A hold is not a seizure: accrued money is still yours unless the case concludes otherwise.
Removal — and accrued commission is paid
Removal from the program only as the last step. Commission accrued legitimately up to that point is paid on the normal schedule. We do not use removal as a way to avoid paying.
You can dispute every flag, and you always see exactly the evidence it rests on. If we are wrong we withdraw it and record why our system erred — because three identical errors mean the rule or its detection needs fixing, not that three partners were unlucky.
