When and how do commissions get paid?

Commission accrues on a confirmed, non-refunded sale. Once the guarantee window passes, the line moves to approved and is paid in the next batch — NET30 in most programs, NET15 for closers. You can see every line in the portal: which sale, when, how much.

Is there a minimum payout?

In most programs 50 €, deliberately low. If a month falls short, the amount rolls into the next batch — it never disappears.

What happens if a customer refunds?

Accepted Answer

The commission reverses for a refund inside the guarantee window. This is stated on the program page before you apply. We never apply an unpublished clawback — one surprise deduction costs more in trust than it saves in money.

How fast can I start?

The application takes about three minutes. AI screening runs immediately; applications above 75 points are auto-approved. After approval your tracking link and asset bank are live within a minute, and your first recommended action within ten.

Is my audience too small?

Accepted Answer

Size carries 25 % of the score; relevance carries 35 %. A precise audience of 4 000 beats a general audience of 300 000 almost every time. If your audience is exactly our buyer, size is not the blocker.

Can I join several programs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it usually makes sense. One account works across every brand we run, and results appear in one view. You can also combine roles: an affiliate in one program and a closer in another.

How do tracking and attribution work?

Last click within the program's cookie window — 30 to 180 days depending on the program. Every event normalises into one stream whether it comes from our own tracking, a store platform or a payment processor, so the numbers use identical logic everywhere.

What if a sale happens outside the cookie window?

Accepted Answer

It does not count automatically. If you have clear evidence the sale came through you, get in touch — we will go through the event log and correct it if the data supports you.

Can I bid on your brand terms in paid search?

Accepted Answer

No. Brand bidding is not allowed in any program. It does not create new demand — it raises the price of our own traffic and moves commission onto a sale that would have happened anyway.

Do I have to disclose the commercial relationship?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. It is a legal requirement and readers respect it. The disclosure is built into every asset so being honest is the easy path, not an extra step.

Why might my payout be held?

Accepted Answer

When events show an unverified anomaly: conversions multiply without matching click growth, refunds exceed 25 % in a period, or the traffic source does not match your declared channel. A hold is not an accusation. We tell you what we saw, answer within five working days, and pay everything confirmed in full.

How is a clipping payout calculated?

Accepted Answer

Qualified views divided by a thousand, times the campaign rate. A qualified view is one that clears the platform's bot filtering and the minimum watch time — it is not the same as a raw view, and we show you both numbers. If the per-clip cap is exceeded, views above it pay 25 % of the base rate rather than zero.

Why do the advertised and realized rates differ?

Three reasons: the per-clip cap trims the tail of big clips, some views never qualify, and some clips fall below the minimum threshold. Across the category the gap is typically 3–10×, and it is usually not disclosed. We publish the realized rate on every campaign, because the gap surfaces either way — better from us than from your own arithmetic.

What happens if my clip gets flagged?

A flag means a human looks at the clip before deciding — it is not a rejection and not an accusation. In the portal you see exactly which signal raised it, written as a sentence. Nothing is rejected automatically, and every decision can be disputed. If our scoring got it wrong, we fix it and record why.

What is the raw / qualified ratio and why do you show it to me?

It is your raw views divided by your qualified views. Healthy sits around 1.2–1.4. We show it because it affects your rate tier — and a creator who only learns about a problem when their tier drops cannot fix anything. If your ratio passes 2.2, we tell you before it has any effect.

Can I use footage other than the campaign's source material?

Accepted Answer

No. This is about rights rather than quality: we do not hold rights to footage we did not supply, so we cannot pay for a clip built from it. The source folder is always linked on the campaign page.

Do I need a large following to join?

Accepted Answer

No. Most campaigns set the floor at 200–1,000 followers, deliberately low. Short-form distribution does not run on followers — a 300-follower account can produce a million-view clip. The account does have to be at least 30 days old and verified.

Do I get ready-made material, or do I make my own?

Accepted Answer

You get them ready. The asset bank has emails, social posts, video scripts, comparison outlines and landing templates in Finnish and English — publishable as-is. Every asset shows its own conversion data, so you can pick a winner instead of guessing.

Can I reach an actual human?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A human reads the portal inbox, and from Pro level upwards you have a named partner manager. AI handles reports and suggestions; humans handle decisions and exceptions.

What happens if a program closes?
